I would like to especially thank atomic sagebrush!! I followed your post about the LE diet for 6 months! Now we are expecting our twin girls in December. This diet really works if you stick to it and follow it for quite some time.

I think what also helped was that my husband lost 15 pounds as well which lowered his testosterone levels since he lost muscle mass and did not exercise during that time.

No, twins do not run in my family! It was a total shock. I did not use clomid either but I did drink a lot of milk and I read somewhere that it might result in twins.
