Anyone want to take a guess on the gender? cant see a nub, skull theory?

I am 13 weeks today, baby measures 67.0mm

we were hoping to see a nub but i cant see anything, Thought the skull theory might shed some light but im not sure what to look for,

we are quite impatient to know the gender after a 7 year wait we are finally expecting thanks to ivf :)
