I noticed that Pregnitude was on the pink sway spreadsheet (yes, I know, I shouldn't be looking at it, but we are taking this cycle off from TTC, so I figured it would be fine).
So, here is my question: What is pregnitude? Do we think it sways pink? If so, why? Thanks ladies!

Pregnitude is a reproductive support dietary supplement for women that helps support ovulatory function, menstrual cyclicity and quality of eggs. That's all I know :) Surely someone else can chime in :D

It's basically vitamin B. Why would girl swayers take vitamins when we're pretty sure all nutrients sway blue? Well I have heard that pregnitude MAY help PCOS ladies by balancing out their hormones. Women with PCOS often have an excess in testosterone, which is thought to sway blue. Vitamin B has been indicated in helping luteal phase defect because it boosts progesterone production. So when PCOS ladies take it I have heard the theory is that it is balancing out their testosterone (with an increase in progesterone) and thus stopping the boy-sway effect. However, if you don't have PCOS and don't have testosterone issues the vitamin b could sway blue for you.It also helps with insulin sensitivity. PCOS ladies often have high insulin levels which may also sway blue.

It's a type of dietary supplement that I use ONLY for people with PCOS. If you don't have PCOS, it's not for you. :)
It is a type of vitamin that actually acts like a fiber, and can affect hormones in a favorable way for people with PCO.
