Hi everyone I'm hoping someone can offer me some advice :) I am about to start swaying for a girl but I'm really confused about when to dtd and how often. With my last ds I dtd on days 7,8,9,10,11 with dh releasing in me every time and I ovulated on day 16. I wasn't doing anything else to sway. This time however I'm doing very low salt (I love salty food, especially crisps maybe why I hav 4 boys lol) loosing weight with low calories and I'm thinking of using rephresh and sudafed. So please anyone that can help will be much appreciated

One attempt only at a positive opk is best for pink, or otherwise DTD once every 4 days.

Thank you :) Do you think dh should still release daily though to lower sperm count

Read this essay by atomic for BD patterns when TTC a girl.
Good luck!

For boys every couple of days is what atomic recommends (to optimize sperm count) and especially, on fertile window 3 attemps.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

start with one attempt the day before ovulation.
no sudafed for women, it's not safe.

It's up to you - may be slightly better sway, but lower odds of conception.

It's been well linked to a higher risk of strokes in young women, particularly when they were taking it in the same type of way that many people were using it for swaying (high doses for days at a time and also while taking blood thinners - aspirin and cranberry are very strong blood thinners). Antihistamine does the same thing without this risk.
