I wouldn't use it. IF you're not doing calcium, you don't need it anyway because the magnesium was only ever in any sway diet in order to help calcium work better.

Thank you :) Here is what I am planning to do, maybe you could read through and tell me what you think. I have gone from eating quite a lot, especially salty food to eating not much. I avoid salty food and consume around 1300 cals a day avoiding potatoes, red meat, bananas, lunch meats, bacon and sausages. Like drinking mainly water sometimes weak squash. I have lost a stone and half and plan to lose more before trying to concieve. When the time comes I plan to half dh release daily from af to attempt then hav one attempt at pos opk (around 2 days before ovulation) with shallow pen making sure I have no o. If you think I should maybe try and do anything different or change anything your thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks atomic :) (or anyone else that may want to answer)

Ok. Whether you do salt or not is up to you. I don't think it sways and got my daughter with DH and I eating tons of it after we got our 4th boy limiting it. But it doesn't harm anything to cut back as long as you are getting at least 700-1000 mg a day (that's for health.)
If you're doing an LE type diet where you aren't drinking tons of dairy (which it sounds like you aren't) then you have to be REALLY careful with potassium foods. You need 2500-3500 mg potassium a day or you can DIE. On the French and Ingender diets, they are drinking and eating a lot of dairy food which has a lot of potassium in it, and so they limit other potassium foods. But on LE Diet, we are not doing all that dairy and it is really super important that we do not cut out things like potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, etc. You will need them to get up to the 2500 mg level of potassium - this is the same on all swaying diets and is the minimum required for your body to function. Potassium is not proven to sway anyway (not even a LITTLE bit proven at all) and you really must get that 2500 mg at the least.
The rest looks good.
