Hi, I'm new here and I bought the personalized plan and ansqwered the questionnaire, but I cannot submit it, because I get this message:

Form failed to submit. The following error(s) occured:
atomic sagebrush has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

Just now I tried to resubmit and gor the message 'Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired.' Can you tell me the best way to proceed? Thanks for your help!

If you leave it open for a long period of time, it will give you that error. Are you backing up and trying to submit from when you originally filled it in?

If you start over, it should work fine. If you are trying to salvage from 24 hours ago with the form you started then, it's not going to work.

I'm sorry this is happening. It's not typical and it is normally a very simple process.

I'm really sorry, I have to go back and delete old PM's but I get busy doing more interesting things (like answering questions) and then I forget. Totally my fault.
