Nub shot at almost 13 weeks, can you have a guess for me please?

I hope these shots come out on the computer as clear as the photos I have in my hand. They are from my 13 week scan. Although officially dating at 13 weeks, a number of factors make me think I was actually closer to 12-12.5 weeks. I am now nearly full term.

We opted not to find out the sex at 20 weeks, but now I am torturing myself and wishing we had. Not that I have long to find out, hahaha! I've not been able to work it out from looking at pretty much every nub picture and tutorial on the internet, but hoping you folks can take a guess - I will update after the birth, promise.

An update as promised - I had a 10lb 8oz baby BOY two days ago! So most of us (including me) had this one wrong!
