Hi i have three boys and am swaying pink for number 4 which will be my last, i have been doing the le diet for 2 months and am using rephresh every 3 days plus baby asprin and folic acid. My issue is my dh refuses to change his diet, he loves all the boy foods red meat etc and will not take any supps, on top of that he refuses to abstain for more than 5 days and also is far too tired to bd everyday day from af to ovulation! Im lost and dont know what to do! Im on cd 11 and we bd'd cd 10 after a 7 day abstain due to uti, im due to ovulate cd 17! Should i leave it at that or continue to bd as much as dh will allow? Sorry for longwinded question and any response or advice will be deeply appreciated x

I think what you do to sway is more influential than what DH does anyway. And when swaying pink, my understanding is BD once at pos opk is getting the best results. If doing frequent release, it doesn't have to be BD, he just needs to release. I would definitely BD again ... those swimmers will not hang around that long! I would BD again at pos opk or every 4 days.

I hope someone else will chime in with more suggestions.
Good luck!!!

Thankyou for the advice, i felt at a lost cause because my dh bd habits are all boy territory hence three boys! Hopefully my other factors will overide the bad timing i cant seem to avoid! I will bd again then but not sure when! Any more advice would be great xx

Jaxen - to stop weight loss drink a full calorie soda and some candy or other low fat sugary things (with a meal, not as a snack). Also agree with others advice, doesnt matter much what DH does.

I second drinking pop or something else with calories but virtually no nutrients to slow down/stop your weight loss.

I think if you bd on cd15 or positive OPK you should be fine. Your condition sways more than his does & people have gotten girls with dh doing nothing.

It's fine. Many of us had unhelpful husbands. Just BD with protection whenever he's willing to and then go for one unprotected attempt at pos OPK or the day before ovulation is due.

You need to up cals right awya and put the brakes on the weight loss.
