abstain/bd question....help!

need help and advise.as some of you know we are doing a girl sway.im due to have a +opk nxt tuesday.
we bd on sunday and tuesday (just got carrried away) doing the pull out method,and he is abstaining now till +opk is this ok,have i got it right? he would be abstaining for approx 7 days

good,hes 29 so age isnt a problem for doing that.

If it doesn't work out to 7 days don't worry about it. Frequency ( abstaining or FR) probably only sways a tiny bit, and less and less ladies are using it as we find other things that sway "harder" but stress seems to play a larger role!!! So don't be a martha!
