Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I first started the LE diet with a personalized plan in November 2013, I was pregnant within 2 months, but then had an early miscarriage in March 2014.
When I first started the LE diet I was super strict because I had a very Boy friendly diet before this. I used to eat cereals, lots of meat, bananas etc and used to snack all day long.

I changed my diet so much, I cut out Breakfast, didn't eat meat, fish or eggs, changed to de-caff tea, sweeteners in my tea and loads of diet coke, which I never had before. I also would not eat after 6pm.

When I got pregnant In Jan this year, I obviously started to eat normal again and introduced meat, cereal, snacking etc again.
When I had the miscarriage in March, I started the LE diet again at the end of April.

I was still strict this time, but not as much. I delayed breakfast until 11am, but would only eat white toast. I didn't snack and only had chicken about twice a month after OV.
I used to have red meat once a month and a couple of eggs as well after OV because I was slightly anemic after the miscarriage.

I also eat milk chocolate and a few skittles sweets every day, but always stayed within the limits. I didn't snack and was mostly veggie.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
4 months
Did you skip breakfast regularly?

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
The fact that I lost weight, ate crap so was in poor maternal condition and stuck to the LE diet for months with just a few cheats.
I changed my diet dramatically from when I conceived my Boys.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
That I re-introduced meat after my miscarriage and eat it a few times during my sway.
Also that I got a bit stressed at times about swaying and was a bit 'martha' at times!!.
Things worth mentioning:
I am so happy and grateful that I am pregnant again after having a miscarriage and just hoping and praying that this little bean sticks. I just want this baby to be healthy, but we are longing for a little princess to make our family complete as this is our last baby :)
Whilst I am happy he's healthy, I'm devastated I'm having another Boy and will never ever have my princess :(
I thought I did a perfect sway, obviously ' gender swaying' doesn't always work!!

I'm sorry that your sway didn't work. You did a fantastic job and unfortunately were just unlucky. But I must believe that this little guy just went to great lengths to be part of your family because he is something special and will be a great addition to your family. Hugs!
