Wouldn't this be the same thing in a low blood sugar - perspective?
I need breakfast but can easily skip dinner and have my last meal for the day around 3-4 pm.
Does this also sway girl?

No idea if it worked for me this is what i ended up doing.

Had my last meal by 5 and didn't eat until 10 or 11 the next day which was brunch for me

The goal is a 12-16 hour fast every day. It doesn't matter at all how you schedule it or do it - do what works for you! I do think many get carried away here and push the fast out way more than necessary. Honestly you could eat early dinner at 6 PM and eat late breakfast at 10 AM and that's still 16 hours which is plenty long enough.

Yes it's fine. The majority of the people are the other way round and find it very difficult to skip dinner but easy to skip breakfast. Do what works better for you

:agree: yes exactly - I do not want anyone overdoing it on the fast. There is a huge difference between eating every 1-2 hours thru the whole day (which many of us boy moms do) and going overboard and starving yourself. Agree totally that a 6pm dinner and 10 am breakfast is perfectly fine.
