TTC a Girl Sway Attempt
Gender Result: It's a GIRL!!!

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
17 hours plus fasting every night, would eat dinner at 6pm and not eat again until 11.30am.
no snacking
no breakfast
stayed within the lower limits of diet (well most of the time)
vegetarian, couple eggs, fish and one portion of chicken per week- I had been on the diet 8 months!
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 months!
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
DH did nothing to change his diet or lifestyle as he did not know I was swaying. Might sound crazy but I think this kind of helped there was no pressure and I was more relaxed him not knowing.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I drank diet coke alot!
generally ate poorly, low nutrients
very different to how I ate when I conceived both boys.
Only ate two meals a day.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

51.5kg when I conceived
Lost 5.5kg
Lost weight in 2WW
5.5 kg lighter than when I conceived both boys.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Couch potato

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?
every four days with additional attempt at pos opk

Any additional comments?
I was aiming for dtd every four days, we dtd on Sunday night J and D, I got a pos opk on Tuesday night so I went for another attempt knowing I ovulate 48hrs after a pos opk.
No big O!

I just fell asleep straight after which never happens!! Was quite tipsy and very relaxed.

Fiber when I remembered
I was drinking peppermint tea but it started delaying ovulation.
I took one Zyryec day we conceived as had some ewcm

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Eight months on le diet
Took four months to conceive , got pregnant with both boys the first time we tried.
No big O
Had not visited gender dreaming forum for 2 weeks leading up to attempt so I was not obsessing.
Was no longer tracking MFP
Zyrtec Day of conception
My husband was sick for one month with a burst appendix so had two months off stayed on le diet but think it made me more relaxed overall.
Lost weight in 2ww
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
No excersize
DTD every four days with additional attempt at pos opk

I am soooo grateful I found this most amazing forum with the most positive, coolest, supportive people!! I came here thinking I was going to try shettles and have learnt so much. Thanks so much to the amazing atomic who kept me sane during these crazy ttc girl months. I really hope I have my little lady on board but I love my 2 boys to the moon and back and will welcome another little lad with open arms!
