Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Always skipped breakfast. First meal usually around 1130-12. Avoided most veggies and fruits (had berries occasionally)...honestly, although definitely not healthy...ate mostly ramen noodles (without seasoning packet) with parmesan cheese and butter...grilled cheese sandwiches, some salad...bites of chicken in pasta....two or three cheat meals, diet dr pepper, peppermint tea, coffee in mornings
