So, the day has finally, finally arrived, here's the plan:
- Have last massive (just kidding) cheeseburger tonight
- From tomorrow on: LE Diet, vegetarian
- No breakfast, two meals a day of 750-900 calories
- Exercise 6 instead of 2 times a week (Zumba on Wii, spinning bike at home, cardio at gym, No more strength training)
- Find Wii charging cable;-)
- Switch store brand diet coke to Coca Cola Light/Zero, because of aspartame
- Switch favourite green tea to other kinds, such as peppermint
- Switch favourite red wine to white, have fun tasting all different kinds!
- From November on: bd every four days
- RELAX! ENJOY! Don't be a Martha, you're going to have another baby, which is really awesome either way!
- RELAX! ENJOY! Because that would be a very good idea anyway!
- Ignore trainer at gym who disapproves of skipping strength exercises
- Ignore (very lovely and kind and awesome) ob/gyn who wants to see all kinds of lists/schedules due to missing fallopian tube thingy study he's doing
- Ignore sisters who keep saying they really, really, really want a niece, relax!
- (and ignore son 1 who says all girls are stupid, lol)
- Ignore mother who thinks having another baby is not a good plan for unclear and probably misinformed reasons
- Ignore desire to make lists/plans/schedules, relax!
Wish me luck!
