Please look! Told girl?!

This was from an ultrasound done at nearly 13 weeks (3 days before). The ultrasound tech told us she was 99 percent sure it's a girl, but it seems too good to be true...especially this early on. But she showed us the nub and the three white lines between the legs. Can things still change? What are the chances the tech is wrong? We are really hoping she's right...

Forgot to mention that the thing sticking out between the legs in the third pic is an arrow that the tech put there.

It is honestly just a bit too early still to be guessing anything with "99%" confidence BUT if the tech thinks girl, I would certainly feel optimistic about htat.

Thanks for all the feedback. Atomic, I was skeptical too when the tech told me she was 99 percent sure. Guess we'll find out in another few weeks!
