Is it two days or one day before ovulation?

they are nearly identical, both being very good odds of conception (31-33% range) the reason why I go for the day before ovulation is firstly because that's when most people get pos OPK and it's just easier, and also because swaying may make the EWCM hostile and the sperm may not be able to survive quite as long as someone who wasn't swaying. :)
