Yes

DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes

If yes to diet, which one did you most follow?
LE(Low Everything)- Modified because I have Celiacs and food allergies

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was really not stringent in this area at all. Because I am 100% Gluten Free and have other food allergies, it was hard to restrict myself much further. I completely avoided red meat, ate more starchy carbs and empty calories than I used to, upped the amount of Crystal Light I was drinking, and restricted my calories to around 1,200 per day.

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
12

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No- but I went about 12 hours between dinner and breakfast

Did DH change his diet with you?
No

DId you consume alcohol?
Don't drink usually... the only time I did, ironically was very early in the 2ww for this LO.

Did you try to limit caffeine?
1 cup of coffee per day
-
Any Diet Details?
I think the biggest difference between this TTC attempt and when I TTC my boys is that I am now 100% gluten free. I also never drank coffee previously. I was on prescription antacids (Aciphex) with both of them and discontinued them before TTC this time as well.

-
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
125lbs, BMI 22.9

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
Discontinued yoga, or any exercise that was too gentle as my main form of exercise. Walked briskly on the treadmill (worked up a sweat) for 45-60 minutes/ 5 days per week.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
One attempt, my diet and body are SO different than the first 2 times I TTC. After reading and learning about swaying, everything I did before TTC my boys was textbook boy conception stuff. I had been on RX antacids for years and stopped taking them before TTC this time, so I felt like if there was any chance of TTC a girl, this would be it.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I was not charting- it was spur of the moment sex, and I had an orgasm. I had also totally stopped exercising in the month leading to TTC because I was busy.

Things worth mentioning:
I charted when TTC both of my boys and got pregnant on the first attempt (super lucky). I charted again the first time, but missed the fertile window because my periods had become somewhat irregular- when I threw caution to the wind, we had good sex, when we felt like it and boom, pregnant with a girl. I was completely shocked when I got the call with the results of the Harmony test :)

May I ask what you ate on the LE diet? I have Celiac and food allergies as well so I'm not sure what to eat when I do start the diet since I'm already so limited.

Congrats on your girl!!!

Thank you. I got the diet from atomic and consulted her about this. I increased empty carbs, starches and things like that, went as long as I could between breakfast and lunch, didn't eat red meat and tried to keep the calories down.

KS - in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html there is an option that can be easily done gluten free called "atomic fertility diet" about 5 posts from the top. IT's still a form of LE Diet but it eliminates wheat products
