Hi all,

Has anyone switched from the regular LE Diet to the insulin resistant/PCOS version while TTC? My body can't sustain the LE for long...not working for me. I'm thinking the insulin resistant version may be better for the long haul.

Has anyone switched like this while TTC? Did you take any time off to let your body adjust to new eating habits or did you just keep TTC? Since I'll be adding breakfast back in, more fat, etc. I'm wondering if my body will think times are getting better and sway boy after switching.

TIA!

Yes tons of people!! If you're not tolerating the C and B form of LE Diet, it will only HELP your sway. The blood sugar/testosterone/hormone issues that the higher carb diet causes for some people seems to vastly outweigh any risk of more nutrients in the alt. LE

Thanks Atomic! I already feel better after just making the switch a few days ago. I'm noticing difficulty keeping the amount of fat in check, but hopefully I'll get the hang of it soon! Anyone using this version have any suggestions?

Thanks again!!

I think you probably saw this already but there's a lengthy description about altering carb/fat % in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/9052-swaying-under-special-circumstances-part-3-pcos.html

and this thread is about altering the types of fats you're eating to possibly assist your pink sway. not all types of fat are equal and some types may be "pinker" than others. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/39013-skinny-fats-pink-blue.html

I agree with atomic and I also think that eating more fats overall, but the RIGHT, pink-friendly fats (omega-6, polyunsaturated) probably sways more than eating less overall boy-friendly fat (saturated, omega-3, monounsaturated). So if you're having issues curbing your fat intake, just paying attention to which fats could make a big difference.
