Hi, I'm super new here. I came from IG and this is my first week charting and with the diet, which has been all over the place and I'm completely overwhelmed. I also started taking a few supplements and I'm only waiting on my personalized plan to arrive so I can decide what I should not take anymore. I'm taking calcium with vitamin D, magnesium, cranberry and folic acid. This morning I woke up with a horrible UTI and I don't know why, but I googled UTI caused by supplements and I found something's about vitamin D causing UTIs.
I'm not married to any of these pills except For the folic acid but I just wanted to be proactive while I wait for my plan. I have been feeling so bad with the diet, not having as much protein and calories as I'm used to, I feel weak and I don't feel like working out...
I keep asking God to show me the light, I need a good plan to start and a good diet! I wanna follow the LE DIET but man, why is it so hard to start? I'm all over the place!!

I was like that with LE Diet and spent weeks trying to get head round it all, the basics is that you stick to limits for protein, fats and calories and don't worry about the rest! We are using my fitness pal to monitor limits which helps! We are only on day three so hoping doing it right!

I will get right to work on your plan but I do want you to drop the Vit. D. I believe it to be a strong blue swayer.

Unlike most vitamins, Vit. D is stored real well by your body and it's ok to just drop it, no need to wean off.
