Hi, I have reason to believe we are a highly fertile couple! We have 2 ds, the first we didn't know about swaying just dtd as often as we could with dh working away. second we were doing a few things lightly to try and sway for a girl but dosnt have chance to do them for long as we fell preg from 1 attempt, aimed for 3 days before o but iv early so prob ended up 1 day before I think.
So has anyone else there highly fertile and swaying for a girl? Or anyone had success? Do we still stand a good chance at a girl or should I forget it!? Thanks :-)

Well, the aim of the LE diet as well as the supps and exercise is to lower fertility and therefore, in adverse conditions to produce a female child ( details in this great essay by atomic)

Yes of course. Always possible to get a girl! I've gotten pregnant 1st or 2nd month with all 4 of my boys and still got a girl.

You can't overthink the word "fertility" though. I don't mean that all or most people with all girls have fertility issues and I know of many who have gotten girls with one attempt. IT's just that there seems to be a continuum where lower fertility is on one end and PCOS (which is almost liek TOO fertile, with too high level of hormones) on the other and it is totally possible to be on the pink end of the continuum but still be perfectly able to get easily pregnant.

Ohh forgot to mention both my DDs were concieved 1st month TTC and DH had abstained 2 weeks, so besides low sperm (2 weeks abstain) on hubby's side, I concieved both times first month, so I gues I am considered fertile, but my lifestyle, 1 attempt and a pretty much LE diet (without knowing any swaying infos) resulted to girls.
Also I want to add that the psycological aspect IMO plays huge role, I have been examining for the past couple of months all the women I know and I think that the maternal dominance theory really works.
For example I was very stressed at the time I conceived my DDs, ie had a new job, worked long hours, had issues with hubby that didn't like I worked so many hours (so basically stressed in an unsafe enviroment point of view).
Anyway, best of luck with your sway !!
