Q about timing of nub shot

If your baby is measuring 1 week ahead - 11.2 week scan but baby measuring 12.2 weeks would you still guess a nub shot or would it still be inaccurate i.e. My understanding is that at 11 weeks nubs look flat/girly and they don't start to rise until 12 week if it's a boy?

I was under impression nothing to do with size of baby and everything to do with level if development.
