I want to have lots of sex!
I REALLY want to be pregnant this month, and I'm so tempted to DTD a lot to maximise my chances!
Lots of BD worked 2nd attempt last time we conceived.. our boy.. I know a few friends who have had girls after one attempt, and everyone here says about results from one attempt being so good, so I believe it does sway.. but I really don't want another BFN!

Go for every 4days, one attempt in fertile window. It got me pg this baby. Don't know gender though. But I believe iT upped my chances after 4 months BFN.

You could have as much sex as you want with condoms/just not letting him release inside of you. Then have the important BD unprotected type of sex once every four days.

I want more to increase chance of BFP, not just for fun! :)
If I were to add and extra attempt, when should it be? A couple of days before expected positive opk, then again at positive OPK?

Sp4rkl3s - if you are keen on extra attempts I would do the every 4 days thing PLUS an attempt the day of positive OPK. That was my plan this month, but our every 4 days fell 2 or 3 days before ovulation so we decided not to add an attempt. I wouldn't do 2 days before OPK and day of positive OPK because I do believe that pattern sways blue.

Oh, ok I misunderstood! I guess it just depends on how hard you're trying to sway. For me personally, I don't have a strong gender preference because I'm ttc our first. So I'm trying all the time just in hopes of a BFP. However, I think that if I was trying to sway hard for a girl I'd just follow the 4 day rule and like bluebonnet said just add an extra attempt if you must. I'm very new to all of this though so FX to you and keep us updated :)

Oh man, if there's one thing not to do, it's THAT! Don't do it. I understand the temptation but if you want a girl, don't do it.

Please, please don't have multiple attempts! Other than not doing the LE diet, it is the most surefire way to get a boy. One attempt is plenty to conceive - think of all the teenagers and ladies doing artificial donor insemination who conceived from just one attempt.
