TTC a Girl Sway Attempt - UPDATE VERIFI RESULTS SAY GIRL!!!!!!

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I was just coming off of a diet that was high in protein and low in carbs (in which I lost around 25 pounds), and had started a gradual transition to LE (we were going to wait to sway for another couple of months, so I thought I had time).
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Around 3 weeks, and it was a very loose version of LE.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He was consuming drinks with aspartame throughout the day, but that's really it.
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I had been really good about skipping breakfast until the week of our attempt, because, like I said, we hadn't planned on attempting until last minute and I had just started a new job. I wasn't able to snack at all and was eating carb dense breakfasts and salads for lunch.

I had planned on doing the exercise route, but then I got a new job so it never worked out. I walk and climb stairs all day at work - I hope it was enough.

Any additional comments?
I am new to using OPK's, and thought we got a positive, so we BD that night and it turned crazy positive the next day, so I'm pretty sure our attempt was 1 or even 2 days before I O'ed.

My hubby "releases" every few days if we've not had sex, so I don't know when the last time prior to our attempt was. I did J&D, but I did lay there for a few minutes first because my husband mentioned it being a "small" emission.

Did you do anything with Ions?
Yes. Salt lamp by the bed, hematite and rose quartz bracelet either being worn or carried, open bedroom window and a fan blowing on me. Oh, and I painted/removed paint from my nails a couple of times that week.
Moon Phase during conception?
New Moon
Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
Yes. Baby girl outfits under the bed, the material I will use to make her baby blanket (like I did for my boys) under the mattress.
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Ttaking vitex made me O late, my husband took OLE, he didn't have a lot of semen with his climax, I didn't have a big O, my husband and I had both been drinking, he walks upwards of 10 miles per day outside doing yard work, and I wasn't able to graze throughout the day because of work.
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I wasn't strict on the diet or following it for very long, I wasn't able to exercise, I lost weight in July, but I fear that I had gained some back leading up to our attempt (I was too afraid to check for sure, though), I wasn't skipping breakfast because I get up at 5 and wasn't able to make it to lunch comfortably, and the amount of energy drinks and caffeine I consumed in the weeks leading up to and before confirmation of BFP.
