I found the one from 2013, and the one that started in 2014, both closed. Is there a new thread or two I can be linked up to to follow? Please. :) I'm starting to diet and play around with LE meals even though my first try isn't until March.

If you are looking for a food tracker try myfitnesspal.com its very complete I use it all the time even pre-sway. Its very easy to use and you can set the tracker to track whatever nutrients you need to track most for your sway. Mobile apps the whole works!

:think: Does it track protein etc? I wonder would it be good for tracking HE.

Sure does True Blue.... I'm on MFP already. :) I meant where people are posting their meals, so I can get some ideas lol
If anybody wants to add me on MFP, I'm PrincessSway84, it's just for swaying although I'm doing a super loose version at the moment. Won't totally tighten up until January.

Valerie - start a new thread and start posting! If I'm not pg this month, I will definitely join in for next month. The old threads definitely helped keep me on track while swaying for so many months.

Will do tonight! I'm still trying to do a loose version of the LE diet, but really just practicing since I have a lot of weight to lose. I'm about 5 and a half months out from my first attempt in March. MFP has me at 1210 calories, but my goal is between that and 1500. Here's an example of today's menu:
First meal at 12: two slices of toast with cheese, an Apple, Orange soda can
Dinner: 2 pancakes with syrup, green grapes, hard boiled egg, Crystal lite
Totals are 1362 calories, 35 fat and 32 protein. Little low on the protein, but I'm trying!
If I feel like something later I'll have some coffee with sugar and milk which will bump it up 88 calories, 2 fat and 2 protein.

Today's food plan.
11- macaroni and cheese cup, pineapple, can of fruit punch
6:30- tomato soup with rice & cheese, green grapes, Crystal lite, hardboiled egg
Snack- slice of toast with a smear of peanut butter

Pantry is pretty bare of sway friendly things. Kind of scrounging until I go food shopping Wednesday. I'll pick up more veggies and such, and vegetarian protein since I seem to have the most trouble with that, hence the egg & pb

Totals- 1391 calories, 36 fat and 39 protein
