Hello ladies!

I am new here and was hoping for some advice ! We have one boy and this is my last try and I would love a girl! I was hoping you could look over my sway and give tips ! Thanks :)

Diet: I use to eat lots of red meat, fast food , fries.. Just really bad and a lot. I have stopped eating red meat, potatoes, I am skipping breakfast and only eat lunch and dinner and staying between 1200-1500 calories no snacks.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm suppose to be eating but ive been sticking with mostly chicken, chicken wraps , salad and sandwiches.
(I started this sept 6 but have cheated a few times :/ )

Supplements : folic acid and baby aspirin (I was taking calcium and magnesium but stopped because of conflicting studies on it)

Exercise: I walk 2 miles every morning and do 60 mins of cardio 6-7 days

I've been using represh every 3 days, drinking crystal light and we plan to dtd only once when I get a positive ovulation on and DH is going to start taking LR

And we would like to start trying in October
Any tips would be appreciated !

Im with the rest! I highly recommend the customized plan its well worth it! Nothing is 100% guaranteed of course. But you know what if my sway fails I can say I threw everything PLUS the kitchen sink at it and it just wasn't meant to be instead of what if...

Looks good - watch the protein levels!! Chicken has gobs of the stuff.

LE Diet short version is here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/trying-conceive-girl/16780-low-everything-diet-nutshell-version.html

If you only like meat, then some people have gotten girls on a very low carb diet such as Atkins. I don't think it's the best way to get a girl and nor do I think it's an ideal pre-pregnancy diet, but if it's really the only thing you can stick with, it will still be better than eating the same diet that got you a boy. :)

Have you tried using apps/websites like My Fitness Pal? They allow you to input your food, such as your half a chicken breast, and see how your protein and fat totals add up. As Atomic said, the chicken will take up a lot of your protein for the day without using up that many calories. My advice is to find other foods that are filling and calorie dense, which are not that nutritious or things you ate when you had a boy. I like making things to go on white rice or pasta, like veggie stir fries, curries, tagines etc. If you find trying new foods tricky, then maybe start with something that seems a lot like something you like to eat already, and then gradually change it? As well as the LE 21 day plan, there are a few threads where some of us have recorded our daily food diaries and LE food ideas. Have a read and see what could work for you. Good Luck

Any time you eat less protein than you were, it's moving in the direction of pink. The diet % and numbers are only a guideline, it's not the type of diet where you have to do exactly perfect or you sway blue.

THere are about 40 g of protein in 1/2 a chicken breast, that is the minimum amount for the LE Diet. The trouble is that then you need to eat other foods too and those will also have some amount of protein in them. So you are eating pretty much ALL your protein in one sitting and getting barely any calories and fat when you do. It can make it difficult to stick with diet to continue eating chicken. IT is not so much about how it sways per se, it's because eating nothing but chicken and fruit and sugar is a starvation diet that is unsustainable for people in the long term and not healthy pre-pregnancy anyway. YOu need to be able to include a variety of foods in your diet to be certain you're getting adequate nutrients and also because otherwise you'll go nuts and end up cheating.

Now is actually a great time to buy a plan because I don't have any waiting right now and can get it back to you right away.

We have the plans (which are everything BUT diet) for $79 USD and if you live in a different country this is done through your currency. The Custom plans come with 6 months of one on one coaching where I help you every step of the way with diet and whatever else you want to include.

There is also the 21 day diet book which is $59 (it's JUST diet) and then we have a sale on now where you get both a sway plan, the diet book, plus the OPK guidebook for $99.

I of course always help everyone regardless of their ability to pay but the $$ I earn enables me to do this as my job. :) FAQ for sway plans here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/have-question-about-plans-service/22322-custom-sway-plan-faq.html
