Though this herb is quite common in mediterranean area I had not idea about its properties until recently.
It is found to be three times as healthy as green tea and elderberry juice. It protects the heart four times better than red wine and it is an antioxidant twenty times stronger than freshly pressed lemon juice.
As I understand, TTC blue on maternal dominance hypothesis, somenone must consume products/supplements that help our bodies feel they are privileged.
Would you think that this herb would be benefactory to TTC blue (especially since it is caffeine-free)?

I don't like you guys taking stuff that I haven't seen several people taking. Healthy or not, some herbs have hormonal effects and little to nothing is known about most of them. I would not recommend it in anything more than a couple times a week amoutn.

Yes I know it has not been used in a sway this far, just thought I asked opinions because it sounds very benefactory to one's health and I would like to limit caffeine as much as possible during my sway, so I thought maybe this could be a good substitute.
BTW in ancient greek it was named cistus the male!!!
But anyway I do get your point and it's best to stick with the data we have so far.
They are getting increadibly good results!

I just wish we really truly knew WHAT is actually swaying, and then that way we could extrapolate it to individual foods and herbs and have a better idea. Right now, it's like we don't even really know what is swaying, so I hate to guess based on hypothesis-es when it may be that they are not even right! :)

Dietary amount ok, wouldnot use every day.
