Today I am 5 DPO. On 3 DPO I had a bit of leukorrhea and yesterday and today I am having brown spotting. I am still breastfeeding and this is my first or at the most my second month ovulating. I had a period starting September 1st. Do you think I could be starting another period? Is a 5 day LP even possible? Do you think it is ovulation bleeding? Implantation bleeding? Someone help please.

How sure are you that you actually ovulated and when???
VEry short LP are not uncommon the first few months after breastfeeding. I can't totally say what this is without you having had bloodwork that tells waht your hormones are doing. It could be any of those things you mention OR simply an injury that happened to your cervix, it sometimes happens that you get a little owie that wouldn't normally bleed and when you get some leukorrhea it makes something you'd never have noticed, into somehting that seems scary/strange but isn't anything more than just a little scratch.

More questions. Do people get ovulation spotting as late as 4 DPO? Perhaps I O'd 48 hours after positive test and not 24 hours so maybe ovulation spotting at 3 DPO? AND is there any truth that early implantation means ectopic pregnancy?

Not usually.
No one can have implantation at 3 or 4 DPO. Anyone who thinks they did simply miscalculated their ovulation.
This is one of those things that just happens on occasion. The odds are 99.99% that you will never know what caused it, and it is not good for your sway as a whole to sit around googling ectopic pregnancy looking for an explanation for something that will never have an explanation.
Most likely thing by far is that you had a little bleeding from cervix that just found its way out.
