Just started looking into these diets an wondering whether to try one of them to lose 2-3 stone (about 42lb) in the months leading up to, then when I get to the 3 month before mark starting le diet. Just using it loose the bulk of weight. I can loose 3st to get to a healthy weight i was a size 10 at that point before. another 7-14lbs after that woud be a bonus an would be the smallest I've ever been If I could get there! I'm only 5ft 2 so can go to quite a low weight still within my bmi. I thunk these drinks have lots of vitamins an things in though so is it the best idea? Although someone I know lost alot of weight on this an has had a baby girl, but I know that means nothing. If normally do something like weight watchers or slimming world but I think it's too slow (I'd normally be happy with that but for swaying reasons want quick weight loss) I think it's slow and too healthy!
So would it be good to do one of these diets which seem to give very good fast results or just cut calories, which I dot have much clue on! thanks :-)
