how long before attempt did you start increasing your salt and potassium? (esply if you swayed longer than 6 weeks) and if you cared about decreasing calicum and magnesium, how long before attempt did you stop/decrease those?

6 weeks is minimum on the IG diet. 90 days/three cycles is the lifespan of the egg. The French Gender diet advised 2 1/2 months on their diet. So you are kinda left to make a decision what you think is best.
