Hello. .I was just wondering what type of workout is good for my dh while try a baby boy?
At the moment he does weight lifting and cardiovascular?
Should he be working out or not?

Also how much folic acid on a blue sway?! x

weight lifting is great as long as he does it only 3x a week and is careful not to get his testicles too hot.
No jogging, biking, aerobics for DH
2000 mcg folic for blue sway. break into small doses and take thorughout the day.

Dh does crosstrainer....I guess that is a form of jogging!?!
