Well I am no expert...and hopefully atomic will see this, but I dont think douching is ever recommended and many here think PH does not sway. I don't think salt is a big worry and many people here drink caffeine. I am not sure about the homemade tomato sauces, but I hear over and over not a lot is off limits as long as it fits in your daily totals. Yes DTD at positive OPK....only ONCE though...multiple attempts sways boy.

Seems a bit strict to me, I am just focusing on staying within the le limits for cals/fats/proteins and the following

Skipping breakfast

Limiting meats to 2-3oz/day

60 to 80 min of cardio/day, but at the minimum 60. No muscle building exercises(which I miss and can tell they are not being done from my bat wings that are slowly returning for halloween!!!)

A beer or two each night (this is the easiest "to do" for me, especially once I'm prego no more:(. )

Lots of low nutrient fruits and veggies.

Folic acid, fiber capsules, chitiosan and a little zink.

I drink 2-3 diet pepsi's a day.

My typical lunch is a peeled cucumber, peeled sweet potato, 2 egg whites and if I'm still hungry a rice cake or two.

I am trying not to obsess over things, especially things I have no control over.

A big struggle I am having is cutting out the cereal..... It's two easy to throw a couple Cheerios in your mouth when your getting a snack cup ready for my 20 month old.

Good luck to you. When is your 1st attempt!

Thanks princesscharlotte, what does OLE stand for?

Olive leaf extract. My DH took two 450mg capsules a day for the entire 7 months of swaying.

He took two 450mg capsules of licorice root from CD1-CD14 as well (6 months is the max though).

I'm planning to buy a sway really soon, but in the meantime I am trying to figure things out myself before buying one. Is this lunch okay? I had white pitta bread with Philadelphia soft cheese & peeled cucumber on top. I also had a Hartleys strawberry jelly which is 10CAL fat free, gluten free & 0.14g salt, and contains Aspartame. To drink I had a peppermint tea. I had some peeled apple with my lunch too but don't know if that was too much. Skipped breakfast as well. Had lunch at 12...should I have waited later?

It sounds pretty good. Keep it that way! You have Myfitnesspal application for smart phones to help you with the kcal count.
But assura you have enough Kcal for your total day.
Peppermint tea should be made strong(maybe from 2 tea bags) for 5 min and you can drink it 3x/day.

I'm answering this in the other thread where you posted it. Thanks for patience, it can take me up to a week to answer posts esp. if they're longer.

I know we've been discussing this in another thread but just for any lurkers I actually think this is too little food, not too much.

No need to wait any longer, just trying to extend the hours between dinner and breakfast. I hardly ever made it past 11. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just put off eating a little while.

Peppermint tea is not right for everyone so please read the peppermint thread before beginning to drink it.
