Was only able to get one run in this week

I ovulate today, from a clomid cycle, am having my IUI tomorrow. I am usually a cardio every day person, but I was sick with a cold all week, as were my kids so I could only get one run in. Is that going to totally ruin me?

Run again as soon as you can but don't stress about the skipped days; I bet being sick makes up for not running in terms of swaying pink.

When do you ovulate? I'd keep running until 1-2 dpo if you can manage it. Definitely don't stress about days off when sick, though. I took 2 days off this week due to a bad cold (could barely breathe), and figure running for 60 minutes or being sick in bed are both declining situations either way!

I took about a 40 minute walk today, but my cramping from the IUI was too much for running. I will try to run tomorrow if I am feeling better. Stupid cramps ruining my sway :D I ovulated today, 100% sure of that

I was on the treadmill when I o'ed the cycle I got pg. The cramping was so bad I couldn't walk anymore. And its my girl! Don't stress out. We do what we can .

I do have some things in my corner, I was on climid, sick, have been losing weight, don't eat breakfast, and am still nursing. I really am okay with having another boy, I am just trying to up my girl odds a little ;)

Sounds like you are doing great Kasey don't beat yourself up for missing one or two runs! Life just happens and we get sick X
