I was thinking of adding walking to my sway. I'm currently pretty couch potato, but is walking too moderate to sway pink? Maybe a fast pace, pushing myself? Do hills create muscle? I'm not ttc until spring, so I was also thinking of working out along with diet until a certain time before trying then cutting it out once more?

If you've got weight spare, I think walking is really good. I 'power walked' about 5 miles a day which was slightly intense for me. and it def helped

Yes, I have plenty to spare lol I've been losing weight on a loose version of LE and plan to tighten up in January before ttc in March. I will definitely start power walking for an hour plus, good for my dog too! Thanks ladies. :)

I live in North Carolina, not too bad here. It's supposed to be up to 80 this week, so I have a bit before it gets too cold. My neighbors have a treadmill in their garage I can use if need be hehe

I did the treadmill speedwalking at an angle for an hour, 5-7 days a week (averaged about 6 days a week over 8 weeks.) I lost a few pounds and have a baby girl to show for it :)

I used to fast walk for up to 3 hours daily when living in NC (I wanted to run but couldn't due to annold inury)....I'm sure that would have swayed pink!

Walking is fine. IT doens't need to be Olympic level training or anything, just anything kfor 60 consecutive minutes.

Why would you cut out exercise when it's time to sway???

I was thinking if the walking was considered moderate and more blue friendly, I'd use it to lose weight and go couch potato again when it was time to ttc.

No, I think the exercise has been getting such great results that it's best to continue it.

Wonderful! Thank you... I'll start tomorrow (or tonight if it cools down) since its 85 here haha... it will help with the weight loss which is better before pregnancy as well. Not to mention totally different from when I conceived my boys.
