What does stacked mean? At the live scan it was a long forked pointing very flat nub

12 weeks exactly is pretty early, so it could still rise. I'd give a 65% chance for a girl.

There is always a chance. My sister in laws US looked just like yours at 12 weeks and they are having a boy :) Good Luck!
