Ok I am not completely sure if we are going to go ahead & have one more child but in the meantime I am trying to be proactive in case we decide to go ahead. If we were going to I wouldn't try till May at the earliest so for right now I am going to start a very loose LE (I have plenty of weight to spare) & I was also going to restart the fiber. I am wondering since I am exclusively breastfeeding what should I do about vitamins? I have always continued to take prenatals while nursing but should I stop them now or continue until I introduce solids?
Also I am not as up to date on the newest stats is there anything else anyone would recommend I add this far out?
TIA!

If it were me I would go with what my child needed sway be damned. Until BFing is becoming less because of the introduction of solids I would stay on the prenatal to make sure your supply stays up and full nourishment provided until its not needed anymore. You can always do the fiber now god knows I needed it when I was BFing because my DS was a lil piggy and I was still having digestion issues while my internals were going back to their respective places.

Fiber is always good in a healthy diet so I wouldn't be afraid to include fiber in your diet. I agree with Nahri though, stay on the prenatals for your breastfeeding baby at the very minimum until baby begins solid foods. The breastfeeding baby should come first and foremost to any sway.

Take them for now and continue nursing as long as you like. AT some point nearer your sway, you can wean off the prenatal or drop to 3x a week but there is no need to do that so far out.
I would add in a separate multivitamin drop for your little man if you add in fiber, just in case the fiber is depleting your milk in any way (I have no evidence that this is even the case, just like to be extra conservative)

Of course, women breastfed babies for thousands of years prior to the introduction of prenatal vitamins and the idea that we have to take prenatals to keep our milk supply going or to make nutritious milk for our babies (if eating a relatively normal diet, that is) is something made up by vitamin peddlers.
