Saw Palmetto... Headaches?

anyone else notice headaches while taking Saw Palmetto? It's my first month trying this in my girl sway and noticed I've had a headache for two days now. Also, am I correct to assume higher than normal pre-ovulation temperatures are a result of Saw Palmetto since it lowers estrogen in addition to lowering testosterone all while increasing progesterone? My temp this morning was around 97.65 and normally it's about 97.4 range.

Anything is possible when you use the herbs. I have heard about every side effect under the sun.

Change in temps may be caused by the SP, diet if you're doing one, or just random fluctuations.
