Today is CD1 - again ... :hair:
Why does it take so long to get pregangt?? Anyway ....

I defenitly do not want to give up. But I will kick out the supplements like vitex and saw palmetto.
I do not get pregnant and I have pain (feels like AF pain) nearly the whole luteal phase!!! So I am considering to stop the supplements interferring with my hormons.

However Hubbie started a high protein diet!! So he will have loads of meat. Is that very counterproducitve for our girl sway?? And I do not want him to take the licorice root anymore (itīs 6 months AF -O). Maybe he will be okay with the OLE.

So my sway will be from now:
- LE diet (with breakfast skipping, no snacking and no meat)
- One attempt
- Exercising (but I am afraid thatīs the next I will kick out - no more motivation!!!)
- a bit of alcohol
- OLE for him and
- no supplements for me (except folic acid)

I hope the chances are still good!?!?

I wouldn't worry that much about DH's diet. It's not "ideal", but it doesn't seem DH's diet sways much. My DH is also very fed up with the sway at this point so I can relate! I just cook a vegetarian dinner every night and he eats it because he's too lazy to cook himself something else. My DH eats loads of meat during the day at work, but it's not a fight I want to start with him - not worth it!

My sway is very similar to yours. I'm doing LE diet, BD every 4 days, exercise, daily alcohol, and that's it! I'm trying to take fiber but it makes my stomach hurt - I really hate it. My DH takes OLE every morning. Hopefully the chances for both of us are good :)

I think you have a great shot with this.

I got pg first month after stopping vitex.

Yes, you absolutely need to drop V and SP (and honestly I"d have had you do that sooner) Hubby needs to drop LR at this point for his health anyway. The effects will last some time after he stops taking it.

I think the chances are just as good with what you're doing.
