Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
90-100 g protein, lots of meat, high fat, 7-9 servings of vegetables daily- mostly through green smoothies, v8, OJ, avocados, ALMONDS, hard boiled eggs, some green tea but only in the luteal phase bc it delays cycle (which was delayed anyway!) Breakfast- always oatmeal with whole milk. Ate every 2 hours- and kept almonds with me to prevent hunger, week of O was heavy on red meat and calories

Did you skip breakfast regularly?
No
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He eats similarly to me anyway
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
Yes, I had 1 drink per day

I had some wine around when I conceived for special occasions, but usually red wine and less than one glass

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
tried to do weights 3x a week- at least one time at the gym and then 2x at home.

Cycle was delayed but I am usually good at telling when it will come back based on ewcm. I think I might have O'd on what I think is 0-1 based on O pains (which usually coincide with O day), but in the evening. But either way, 3 attempts with 4 inch long ewcm.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Consistent diet, conceiving in the first month, ewcm,
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
DH not in great health, but not taking anything to hurt sperm count and since we generally conceive quickly, it must not adversely hurt him. He just usually is lifting, but has injury. He is in good shape and not overweight
Things worth mentioning:
This is my second HE sway after a loss earlier this year. I didn't gain as much weight this time, but I also had some residual weight from that sway (which was intentional to not have a accidental girl sway).
We just had DD3. She's beautiful and I am not feeling a hint of GD. We were also team green, so that might have helped. No regrets on swaying- even though I think we had a great shot. :)
