Bd in the morning or night?

I was wondering if we should plan on bd'ing in the morning or at night? I am following the low everything diet. :)

sperm count is supposedly lower at night

if we have to use rephresh on the same day as an attempt we'll insert that in the morning and DTD that night... or maybe get him to release (not inside) in the morning, and do an attempt in the evening

I think it's probably quite difficult for those of us with several children already to do mornings! We will do evenings so DH has time for a long soak in the bath first and we'll know the kids won't wake up any moment!

Both my girls were night time BD.

all my conceptions were night time dtd.We sometimes dtd early early morning and rarely first thing in the morning like 7 but none of those i got preggo on.

Some people say that since T levels/sperm count are higher in the morning that for pink you should def. do it at night, but I think it's most important to do what's best for you as a couple.
