Hi All

I have a customised sway plan from Atomic which I have been following for 7 weeks now and attempt is coming up in about a week and I'm starting to feel nervous!!! Mainly as I just haven't shifted much weight.

Has anyone else not lost much (about 4.5kgs, 9lb) in that time. It's actually closer to 7kgs if I'm going from my weight when I was pregnant as I had a MMC at 8weeks.

My DH is taking his sups but only for this cycle.

I am doing cardio.

Feeling okay about everything except this weight. I'll still be about 5kgs heavier than when I conceived my boys. Some days I still have 500+ calories left to consume with my exercise. Am I maybe not eating enough??? I would LOVE to drop another 5kgs.

Any advice?? Thanks and pink dust to all

I lost a total of 3kg in 6months I ate way too little for years. And dropping is hard for me. I tried to up call to at least 1500 wich was hard.
I was the heaviest weight when I conceived this baby of all (i have 3 sons. With ds 1 I was 3kg lighter, ds2 15, ds 3 8kg lighter.) and I'm pg with a girl.

Just follow diet and sway. Your losing weight so it can't be bad. Its about the state you put your body in.

Thank you sooooo much sweetdream!!!!! I think I just really needed someone to put my mind at ease. I'm scared I've been too laid back into the lead up but now the time is almost here I'm quietly sh*ting myself :)

I've been following principles of diet and staying within limits but might following the 5 day plan exactly over the next 10+ days.

Huge congrats to you on your pregnancy! Must be so exciting knowing you are pregnant with a girl. I have 3 boys too who would all love a baby sister.

I am following the diet for some months now and I have lost only 2 kg. I think that's okay otherwise I am too lean. I guess it's the empty calories that sway most and low nutrition.

It's always darn scary ttc. Even if you do a perfect sway you have no guarentees.
Do the best you can. Then you know you couldn't do more (and then I mean I could think about running every day for an hour but I knew I couldn't keep doing that)
I did what was hard but what I could continue doing.
You need to relax! And let it go. You have a swaying plan and AS knows what she is doing.
I had a plan and it felt like i was failing all the time.

It's not a bad Idea to follow the 5 day plan leading up to O.
Do you excersice?

I think the weight loss is making me think I've not followed the diet properly. I have stayed within my limits though although sodium I haven't taken into consideration. I added cheese or spur cream to everything at the start as it took a while to get use to such bland foods & I still add it but much smaller amounts.

I am doing cardio. Started running average 3/4 times per week first few weeks and these last three been more like 5/6 nights.

I do need to let it go! Thanks!!! I now just hope my diet has been okay as I prepare for attempt.

Thanks for your reply :)

When you buy a personal plan you get acces to the 5day meal plan example.
You can also buy a 21 meal plan

Girlyhistime. I never watched sodium. I did ate cheese just as it fits the limits. I ate pcos style. I think if you van keep up the running 6 Times in the week of O (especially the day of O) and stick to diet you can go a bit lose in 2ww. (Runnig back to 4 days) just keep up.
And for me it was like starting over every single day!

I think your doing fine.

I know we talked about this already GTT but I think you are good to go. Your body doesn't have a magic weight rememberer that keeps track of whether you're at your lowest weight or not - I just use the "try to be at lowest conception weight" so people have a goal to reach for. AS long as you are losing some weight (or have lost) then I would have you attempt. 9 lbs is a good level of weight loss. I only lost 3 lbs before my successful sway. Had gained 3 lbs with 3 of my 4 boys!

Fingers crossed! I'll make sure not to skip any running from now to ov (expect to ov in around 8 days) & also run day of ov.

Thanks for the tips!

Thanks Atomic. I didn't want to keep pestering you so thought ild post here. I think I was more worried I wasn't strict enough with the diet and that's why the weight wasn't flying off but all good! It's my personality to be all laid back & take my time with things & then last minute is when I get it all done & stress. Looks like swaying no different. I do feel better today though & we will attempt this cycle.

Thanks for taking the time to reply (again) & put my mind at ease.

Awwwww thank you MyByC !!!! I guess it's only natural to feel nervous when you are emotionally invested in something. I'm feeling much better about our upcoming attempt now. I'm at peace with whatever will be!

I wish you loads of luck & pink dust too! Look forward to hopefully hearing of a BFP from the both of us soon :)
