Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I stopped tracking calories and other stuff pretty much straight away, I found myself throughly enjoying cutting back and I didnt want to end up with another eating problem
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
8 weeks before started to sway, 6 months in total
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
'I'm not giving up meat!' Was my response, I managed to get him to keep it to mostly chicken and he ate very unhealthily
DId you consume alcohol? A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details?
Love love love my caffeine! between 3-6 cups of coffee (depending on how knackered I was) and lots of diet coke everything was sweetened by sweetener. (Yum!)
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
With me not keeping tabs of protein calories etc i'd say its more vegetarian diet than LE although I did try to limit proteins and fats.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Between 9st 12ozs and 10st, i seem to have plateaued there

Couch Potato, I was an exercise fanatic when i conceived the boys

Changed the timing as atomic has suggested with having no success the previous months and needing to conceive because of clomid.

I swayed is enough to make me feel great and clomid, that helps :happy:
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Timing, i never got a positive opk so had to resort to every 4 days, was shortened to 3 days this cycle as I was starting to run out of attempts with clomid
