Which vitamins/supplements should I take AF-O only, TWW only, and all month? What is the deal with vitamin B...which type and when? Also is the one thing listed grape seed extract or grapefruit seed extract?

Right now I take daily:
- 25mcg Synthroid (hypothyroid)
- women's multivitamin
- fish oil
- EPO
- L-arganine (will quit when bottle empty)
- Folic Acid
- coconut oil
- CoQ10
- Vitamineral Green
- 2-6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- potassium
- Dandelion tea
- red raspberry leaf tea

I want to take but can't while breastfeeding
- tribulus
- false unicorn
- royal bee (afraid it can cause future bee allergy in baby)

I'm waiting for shipments of these for me & DH:
- Wheat grass
- Brewer's yeast
- Flaxseed Oil (will replace L-arg)

DH takes
- garlic
- fish & coconut oil
- men's multivitamin
- CoQ10

A breakdown of when to take what would be great.

This is really a "Custom Sway" level of question here. I don't know anything about your medical history and I am not sure you should be taking all that stuff when on Synthroid, I would call your pharmacist and doublecheck that all those things are ok with Synthroid.

If you are taking a prenatal you do not need additional B vitamins and in fact should not take as they can mess up your cycle.

EPO should be only AF-O. You need to be taking much more fish oil than EPO and since you are nursing, I would not take a super huge dose. I would do 500 mg fish oil and 250 epo. More than that may harm your baby.

I would drop L-arg right away. Give it to your husband instead. I would not be taking that when BF a baby girl.

Does the vitamineral have alfalfa and seaweeds like chlorella and spirulina in it? Those are not safe when BF and I think alfalfa is really dangerous with thyroid stuff if I rem. right

I NEVER recommend tribulus, FUR, or RJBP anyway.

DO NOT take flaxseed when breastfeeding and also do not use when already taking EPO. EPO is ten zillion times better for blue than flaxseed. Under no circumstances should DH take flaxseed. He can take the l-arg.

Sorry didn't mean to be like custom sway, I just went down the supplement list in the FAQ to start all of those.

So if L-arg is bad does that mean brewer's yeast is bad too?

I understand that but you have to understand that I simply can't go through and tell every person when they should take every nutrient. That would take me SOOO long to do! :)

No, brewer's yeast is fine. It' s more like a food and acts differently in the body than l-arg taken alone.
