Hi, I'm struggling to stick to the 50g fat limit of the LE diet, the last few days it's been 60-80g. I'm fine during the day but tend to binge eat fatty stuff (biscuits, crisps) in the evenings! Feel like I'm undoing all my "good sway" work. Is anyone else having a tough time? I've been swaying properly since 1 August. Mary P xxx

I did, maybe its an idea to look if you eat enough in the hours your allowed too.
If you get the desire to snack take some bread or fruit. I took just before i was out of time a bowl of yoghurt with apple and cinnamon.

Something that helps me sometimes is to first drink a glass of water and then make myself a cup of tea or coffee. Sometimes that staves off the craving enough that I can ignore it. I also am much more prone to snacking on sweets when I don't get enough cals in during my main meals.

I totally get this and really don't blame you. I'd quite happily wanted to tuck into loads of cake and biscuits. What I did it try to change my choice to plain carbs to keep the fat down so opted for things like Skittles, marshmallows etc. Hope this helps!

I tend to eat a lunch and dinner with low fat and save my fat allowance for cakes and biscuits at supper time! I always have enough fat that way to enjoy a supper and makes diet much more bearable!

60 g is actually the upper limit of LE Diet for fat. and if you focus more on the "pink" fats, you shouldn't beat yourself up over it!! Here is an essay on pink-friendly and blue friendly fats. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/39013-skinny-fats-pink-blue.html

You have 2 options - portion control of fatty treats, or switch to lowfat/ fat free versions. I would personally not go over 60g on a daily basis.
