Since ordering my plan I've been making sure I exercise more. In the past week I've been exercising between 45-60 mins however, what is considered vigerous? I'm fast walking/or walking on an incline (sometimes treadmill, othertimes on the road). Is this enough or will this instead be building muscle?
Also, I ordered my plan about a week ago. Have you received the request?
