I have been on the diet since July and will be TTC in February or so of next year. I have been tweaking my sway a little every month and I have realized I have made it more and more strict as I've gone along. My first sway I focused more on timing and PH. My second sway I focused lightly on diet and lifestyle. This time I have become super strict with all the sway factors that I feel sway the most for me. Maybe after having three boys I feel like I need to do something even more drastic than the last time to get my body to switch gears?!

I'm currently on the raw 'till 4 diet. I eat the exact same thing everyday so I don't need to obsess over numbers. I do the exact same exercise routine daily. I only allow myself one day a week to post/browse this site and facebook. And I've changed my hobbies to "girl friendly" hobbies. I finally feel like I'm in the groove of things and I could keep this life-style going forever. :)

Anyone else feel like their sways have gotten "perfected" more and more as past sways have failed?
What are you doing different this time?

I'm hoping third times a charm. I did IG the first time and GD the second, but this sway is more relaxed. I did everything and the kitchen sink sway last time--crash and burn LE diet, couch potato, crazy amounts of frequent release, rephresh and all the supps. I was so strict and anal I think my stress swayed blue. I think the white flour and white sugar of the LE diet coupled with BDing thru O and my lack of exercise actually swayed blue BC of my PCOS tendencies. This time I bought a plan from atomic and it's been amazing, I highly recommend it. Im doing PCOS LE, extreme cardio, clomid and alcohol. That's it. Being very relaxed and simple about the sway as I've seen so many "perfect" strict kitchen sink sways fail, this is my KISS sway-- "keep it simple stupid" I'm only doing:
1. PCOS LE diet (no brekkie no snacking plus alcohol)
2, cardio
3. Clomid
4. One attempt at +OPK
THATS IT!!!

Good Luck everyone :)

We are swaying for the fourth and final time. I tried shettles timing first. I tried the alkaline diet next, basically vegetarian, lost 4 stone by conception.
I then found here and did a version of what I interpreted as HE but had it wrong, also was taking wrong supps balance etc

We purchased the personalized plan for next time and its the best. Took all the hard work out and much easier to understand than an overload of everything :)

My successful sway was WAY more relaxed than my sway that produced an opposite. I understand the temptation there but stricter is not seeming to = more girls.

I strongly recommend reading this essay for everyone coming back from an opposite. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/18466-when-sways-attack.html

and I also really recommend you read this too http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/25293-three-essays-swaying.html

DO NOT start "girl friendly hobbies". There are no real girl-friendly hobbies and starting up ANY new project tends to sway blue.
