Hello all!:) first off thank you to everyone that contributes so much time and effort to these forums! I'm somewhat new to swaying and have been reading lots on here. There is so much overwhelmed and hoping for a little help! Sorry if this is long and too detailed! I just need a little direction. Thanks In advance!

So I'm currently 26. 5'2 and weighed today 123.6 with 21% body fat. I have 3 children ( I wasn't supposed to have any so I thank God for them:) oldest is a boy conceived in April born jan2010 then a girl conceived nov born July 2011. Then I had a mc aug 2012 and conceived my 3rd a girl in oct, she was born July 2013. I conceived my 1st daughter while ds was still bf and dd2 a month after weaning dd1 age gaps are 18 months between first 2 babies and 23 month between the girls.

With my son I really didn't stick to a diet, ate very unhealthy but drank no soda or anything, we did bd all week during fertile period. For the girls I changed to eating a little more clean but had some soda while ttc dd2. I believe dd1 was 2 bd during fertile period and dd2 was 2 bd after pos opk.im actually thinking I had already o'd when we tried with both girls. Now I pretty much stick to a paleo life style. Grassfed meat, organic fruits and veggies, little to no grains and some raw dairy, also natural sweeteners. We use a lot of coconut. I recently started taking fermented cod liver and skate liver oils, vit d, and a probiotic although I am not 100% consistent. I also just ordered some folate (folic acid) and am fixing to order a good quality prenatal. I am still nursing dd2 2-4 times daily. I have had one period since night weaning. I am on cd 32 and still no ovulation. I have little to no cm. very very dry. The cycle before we conceived dd2 I had a lot of ewcm but the cycle she was conceived I had very little. More creamy. I don't remember with ds or dd1. Also since I started a cycle 32 days ago I have been eating horribly! Lots of soda, sweets and fast food lol! My skin and hair is much drier than before, I'm exhausted and a little grouchy and down. So def probably missing some nutrients. I don't feel ready to completely wean but very much so want another boy(ds wants a brother badly!) I read on here ph doesn't matter so much. Mine is 5.0-5.5 husband is 9 although I have not yet ovulated so not sure if mine will get better. But I ovulated before I started this first cycle since birth of dd2 and had little to no cm. should I wait to ttc boy until I have more ewcm? Is that a very important part? Should I wean? Any help with diet or supps? I have lost weight as I weighed 131 with ds and 133,134 with girls. I weighed 158 after dd2 so have lost 35 lbs. I also skip breakfast often. Also off subject but does anyone have boys 5-6 years apart that even play well together? I have also read some about personality having something to do with it? Lol depends on the situation. But I'm generally outgoing and kind, can be very assertive at times and strong willed. depending on the person

Sorry this is a book, I would love another boy and any advice would be so very appreciated! Ty all and prayers for all ttc!

Hallo Sierra!
From what I've read TTC while BF somewhat sways pink, also loosing weight sways pink and generally when a woman's body has not recovered from giving birth and BFing it is considered that it sways pink.
If it was me in the same condition and wanted a DS I wouldn't TTC under these circumstances, unless I wouldn't mind if it ended up to be a DD.
Good thing is that you have to be on HE diet 6 weeks minumum before TTC so you can try and follow the guidelines and not loose too much time.
Best option IMO is to have a personalized plan, because from what you have described I think you are in a high probabilty for pink if you get pregnant now.

PLEASE don't read too much into changes in skin and hair - that is often just due to motherhood and not nutrient deficiency. Don't worry about your personality, that is out of your control.

Most important things for TTC a boy are:

Good diet with prenatals, extra Vit. D, fish oil or DHA (coconut oil also very good) You need to start eating breakfast.
Weight training
getting rest when you can
no one needs to wean for swaying.

For EWCM, use PReseed and Robitussin/Mucinex to make more.
