Yes

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
Stuck to LE pretty diligently. Used to always snack and eat very healthy. Since Feb, no snacking, no breakfast and almost always stuck to 1800 calories, 60g protein, 60g fat.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
Started diet beginning of February. First TTC attempt was May. Total time on diet was 8 months.
Did you skip breakfast regularly?

No
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He didn't really change anything, although he did drink soymilk and tried to somewhat limit his red meat intake.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
Ate mostly vegetarian, but did occasionally have fish or chicken and vegetable potstickers (dumplings). After my 2nd attempt was still unsuccessful, with everything dropped except diet, exercise and one attempt, Atomic suggested I start eating 4 eggs per week and taking Zinc and Vitamin A/D? (can't remember!). After doing that for a few weeks, I had my attempt that resulted in a chemical. And then 2 attempts later we were successful!
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
Ate a bagel thin with strawberry cream cheese almost every day for lunch. Someone on the site suggested cous cous with veggies and sour cream - that became a go-to dinner for me. I also had lots of sweets, mostly low fat, low calorie sweets (jumbo marshmallows, devils food cookies, and skinny cow ice cream sandwiches).
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Don't know BMI, weight leading up to O was 101 lbs. Prior to diet I was about 112 lbs.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
For the first month and a half on the diet I was doing couch potato. Then I started to really pay attention to the exercise stats and I decided I couldn't ignore the stats. For the first 3 TTC attempts, I was exercising for 50 - 60 minutes about 6 times a week. This was mostly running at a pretty good pace. I started to think this was just too much for my body. So, in August and September, I limited running to only 45 minutes and I tried to only run 2-3 times per week and walk briskly 1-2 times a week for 60 minutes. I got to where I really loved the exercise. It helped me stay sane through this whole process and really does help relieve stress.

Did you Jump and Dump? No

Any relevant attempt details?
I did use Rephresh the first month, but then dropped that. After attempt #2 didn't work with everything dropped except diet and exercise, Atomic recommended I consider using PreSeed or Conceive Plus. This was based on the fact that I had ZERO EWCM, like none. I was extremely apprehensive, but decided to try it. I used Conceive Plus as lube only for TTC Attempts 3 and 4. I finally decided for attempt 5 that I should follow the instructions for Conceive Plus which said to insert prior to BD. I did that for attempt #5 and that is when we finally conceived.
SUPPLEMENTS USED
DW Supplements Chitosan
Baby asprin
folic acid

No

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?
No
Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I feel great about the exercise and the diet, and the length of time I did both. 8 months on diet, 6 months of exercise
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I am incredibly nervous about two things. First, the Conceive Plus. I know logically that I probably needed it to conceive simply because I had ZERO EWCM as of month 2 on the diet. So, I know that I kind of had no choice. But, I'm still very worried about that since I know it sways blue. My other fear is the 2 attempts. I wish that I had tried just the Conceive Plus (as an insert instead of just as lube) for one month and then if that didn't work, tried with 2 attempts. Oh well. I know I did the best I could under the crazy circumstance that come from doing the diet and exercise as long as I did.
Things worth mentioning:
Also worth noting, I did have a chemical in July (my 3rd attempt). It was very frustrating, but it kind of gave me hope that my loosening up on the exercise and eating 4 eggs every week plus zinc, etc was starting to work.

Thanks so much ladies! Had my blood drawn for Panorama on 10/30 at 9w1d. Hope there's enough fetal DNA for the test. We were told to expect our results back in 2 weeks. The waiting is KILLING me! I just keep telling myself to expect 3rd boy and we've picked out a boy name that we would be really excited about so that is helping me maintain blue as a possibility. As a side note, we have a family friend that has this knack for predicting gender in pregnant women. He's never been wrong - according to his family! I saw him last night and he predicted girl! :) Not hanging my hat on that though, of course.

Oh, good to hear Bethwade! Do you know whether your girl sway was successful yet or not? The CP has me more nervous than anything for some reason.

Not sure, if I'm really editing my original post like I wanted to...but I just got my Panorama results back this morning. They came back low risk and it's a girl! DH and I are in complete shock and without words!

Atomic - Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I stressed over that Conceive Plus so much, but you were right! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your sway strongly suggests to me that diet is by far the most important pink sway factor. Well done & congrats!
