Hi ladies! Dh and i are gonna try for our 3rd LO in Dec and are hoping for a boy to go along with the two girls we already have. I actually had planned to sway with YDD but got pregnant a couple mknths b4 we planned so i hadn't got started yet. I just found this site a few days ago so ive been reading what i can and making notes. I plan on going thru everything from here and IG and making a plan tonight! Fingers crossed it works.

Hi and welcome!!
Please read carefully the information on both sites.
I also found IG first before this site and a lot of things there, besides being dangerous (like ions and excessive consuming of foods that are proven to harm health, excessive salt intake and many many more), were not making any sense.
I had both my girls with one attempt and this is what they propose for a boy.
Almost all the women I know that have boys have had plenty of BD while TTC their boy.
I am thankful I found this site, because honestly I would not sway at all if I had to sway based on IG guidelines.
This site here has 80% of succesful boy sways, again one can end up with a DD but swaying under the instructions here at least will not hurt our health or our future baby.
Good luck!!

Exactly as Mamato3 says above!:) I would also add to maybe consider doing just the sway proposed over here and not trying to do a hybrid, as I often see that when people try and mix the two they do things like trying to keep to cutting out calcium/milk products as IG suggests, but really dairy products are a fantastic HE product for conceiving boys as they are almost a whole food in themselves, full of great fats, calcium and other things which your boy conceiving body will want in plentiful supply to give it the message its blue time! :) Good luck :luck:

Hi and welcome! I'd beware a lot of the stuff on IG, as it's not safe and we are getting better results without the scary/bizarro stuff. :)

Thank you!! Several of our opposites were in people who insisted on limiting calcium and eating tons of salt.

I have two boys, please take all my blue dust!
Here's what worked for me:
2 attempts in fertile window
Full fat dairy
Loved cereal!
Daily multivitamin, vitamin D, probiotics, b-complex, and fish oil
No exercise
Green or white tea daily (sweetened with honey)
No alcohol
No caffeine (soda or coffee)
Only other drink besides green/white tea was water

Thanks for the input ladies! I dont plan on avoiding dairy, i like cheese and cream sauces too much, im just not going to have as much and when i do have it, ill have whole, right now i mostly drink and cook with 2% and skim. And im going to up my salt and potassium just not to their crazy levels.

If you could manage to do some weight lifting 3-4 times a week, it would really up your chances and try to always combine protein with carbs because it helps with keeping insulin levels in the normal range for longer period of time.

Ive go little dumbbells that im gonna work with. My DH has a free weights set but its in the cold dark basement so ill probably only use it once a week. I did read about combining carb plus protien and have been doing that the last few days.

I think the little dumbells work just as good as the big ones for women who don't want to bulk up. I get very nice muscles from 2 lb weights without much effort at all. :)
