Did you purchase and follow a GD Personalized Plan?
Yes
DIET
Did you follow a diet plan?
Yes
If yes to diet, which one did you most follow? LE(Low Everything)

Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I have been on LE diet since April (with 20 days off for my loss pregnancy in late August- early September). I would say I followed the 80/20 rule. I was strict 80% of the time and ate normally the other 20%. I very very rarely ate meat, ate way more processed foods, etc. I probably wasn't strict enough, but I lost a lot of weight so I did what I could manage without becoming too thin.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt?
7 months
Did you skip breakfast regularly?
Yes
Did DH change his diet with you?
Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet-
He ate less meat because I cooked far less. He definitely wasn't a vegetarian this cycle and didn't eat remotely an LE diet.
DId you consume alcohol? Often- daily

DId you try to limit caffeine?
No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details?
I overdid it the first week of the cycle I conceived (dropped 6 lbs in 10 days). My ovulation was delayed and I was leaving town without DH so needed to get a positive before I left. I ate 2 cheat meals (vegetarian but too much greasy vegetable oil) and ovulated the next day. I was at an important family dinner where meat was the only option so ended up eating 2 ounces or so of red meat on ovulation day to be polite. I gained 1.4 lbs around ovulation . EEK. I think I had gotten too thin and needed to gain the weight in order to ovulate but surely that's a huge blue sway factor.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?
As I said before, I was perfect on the diet 80% of the time. Trying to be perfect 100% of the time would have made me completely crazy and even if this is a boy, I don't regret my laid back approach to the diet.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?
Starting weight (April) 151 lbs, 24 BMI
Lowest weight (2 days prior to O) : 123.5 lbs, 19.6 BMI
Conception weight (O day until BFP day): 125 lbs, 19.9 BMI
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?
I was extremely commited to the 60 minutes per day 7 days a week cardio. For nearly the entire 7 months I kept this up! I missed 10 days during my loss pregnancy and otherwise only took 1 day off every 3 weeks or so. By the end I was running 6 miles at a 9 minute mile pace (very strenuous!).

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
Extremely commited to exercise. I had a loss one cycle prior to conception. It was an early loss (6w5d) and I did have AF between the loss and this conception so I doubt it did much. I lost a lot of weight and was pretty good overall on diet for 7 months!
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I was on vacation after conception/ovulation so I was off the diet. I gained 1 lb around ovulation time!
Things worth mentioning:
My gut instinct tells me this is a boy. I don't feel like my diet was perfect enough and I didn't take fiber all that often. I tried as hard as I could without making myself crazy! Any healthy baby is a blessing and DH and I will be thrilled with a second healthy baby boy!
