Just wanted to see if everyone always loses weight doing the LE diet. I am doing a modified version, the atomic fertility diet pink have definitely lost weight. I just want to make sure I don't lose too much and keep ovulating. I haven't lost a lot but at least 3 or 4 lbs. Been on the diet for 10 days or so. I am definitely have at least 40 g of fat and protein with 2-3 meals and no snacking.

Most people do. If you fel like you're losing too much, then up calories.

It is normal to see bigger weight loss that first week or two and then it tapers off.

It seems like what happened. The first week was brutal!!! I feel like its easier this week. I have been eating, white rice, potatoes, chicken, eggs, salmon 2xwk, beets, broccoli, tomato and cucumber salad and iceberg with ranch, butter and sour cream on potato, veg oil to cook with, apple, full fat yogurt and I did have vanilla ice cream the other night. It actually has less calories and sugar than the yogurt. Does it count as a dairy?? :) ANything else I should add in? I hope to O soon!!!! AND MOST IMPORTANT CATCH THE EGGIE!!

Vanilla ice cream is kinda-sorta dairy - it has the dairy fat in it but not a ton of protein so it may help people who need fat but not protein.
